Who?

Lev Bláha, President of Lev Blaha & Associates (LB & A) has a seasoned hotel and resort career and has held senior management positions with major international hotel companies including, Swissôtel, Kempinski, Forte Hotels, Renaissance Hotels and Sonesta International. He has held the position of Vice President with two USA hospitality search firms. With 10 years as a specialist in search, he launched his own, highly personalized search company specializing in the acquisition of management talent for the industry - with high integrity relationships.

Where?
LB & A is located in Orlando, Florida and maintains affiliations with other reputable Search Firms in California and New York. We maintain active relationships with hotel & resort executives in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Caribbean. It's all about knowing where talent is and matching right people by background, personality and ability.

What we do?
We work for clients based on their specific job and person brief and with a mission to attract the top talent our industry has to offer for them, discreet search, afresh for every assignment.

LB & A does not advertise for clients or candidates. Our growth is attributed to a continuous increase in assignments from existing clients and their respective referrals to new companies.

Integrity and long-term focus?
Every search is different and each client's needs are different. LB & A assesses the intricacies of your needs as well as the needs of the candidate. Thus our process is tailored to the specifications of each search designed, naturally, to find the best fit for both parties, having the integrity to advise either when it is not right. It is better not to give you candidates, than give you ones that are not a perfect match, for the sake of trying to win business. We keep a long-term focus in our honesty and our business relationship with our clients and candidates.

Type of search we undertake?
LB & A works predominantly as a Contingency Search firm. Quite simply, we have a straightforward fee, nothing else, and we only invoice our fee if we successfully place a candidate with you. No placement, no cost but that only works in partnership and trust with clients to only give genuine search.

Client and candidate integrity?
Every candidate presented will have been appraised for the position to be filled and demonstrated serious interest in the opportunity for which they have been introduced and have confirmed that no other firm nor themselves have applied to you first. We also do not discuss who our client is with candidates until we shortlist and are sure we have the right person for you. Likewise we do not discuss with you who our candidate is, until that late stage and being assured that they are genuinely keen on your opportunity, then we take their permission to present them to you.

Our Pledge?
LB & A pledges that, during the first 3 months from starting, if the hired candidate does not work out, we will repeat the search at no additional charge to the client - and we do not approach people that we have placed with you or other clients.
